Applicable to ALL Merchandise
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on any item sold on this website or at our brick and mortar boutique.
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our facility. All merchandise that leaves our location is brand new. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged that item will NOT be shipped to you and you will be informed of the situation via a telephone call and in writing via e-mail so that you may decide at this time whether you wish to select a different item or cancel your order. This will take place within 24 hours of you placing your order. You must notify us of your decision to exchange that item or cancel the order in writing via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of the notification.
All Canceled Orders must be verbally done over the phone and followed up with a written request via e-mail THE SAME DAY THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
Rush cut orders or quick ship orders, cannot be canceled or changed. Orders shipped from the manufacturer’s stock inventory cannot be canceled or changed. We are an ethical business and we want you to know that our manufacturers do not allow us to place cancellations with them therefore we must have a strict no exchanges no return policy. We appreciate your understanding.
Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees
Victoriaselegance.com can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders.
All orders submitted from the State of Texas are subject to pay the required 8.25% tax.
