Then a sheer illusion overlay creates a scoop neck with a pretty peek-a-boo panel in front. It is covered in swirls of beading and crystals that create a necklace look in front and then frame the corset in back. The glitter tulle skirt has a three-part design starting with a smooth front panel. Then more layers of tulle, all with a wide ribbon edge, are gathered with pickups all around, and then finish with wide ruffles above the hem.
